Ian Frost has spent over a quarter of a century building business in B2B markets.

 

Much of which were in construction & maintenance and environmental related industries) and has a broad commercial base from hands-on experience leading sales & marketing and business development as well as supply chain management, building businesses in 5, 6 & 7 figure multiples in the period.

Ian has been acting as a Business Consultant (although he dislikes that ‘badge’ in truth as it doesn’t convey the proactive approach he follows in his mind) through his own business for nearly 2 years, and deems himself (directly) unemployable as he couldn’t work with politics or anything other than straight open talking.

Ian’s experience in building business growth, whilst recognising & relating to the constraints that all SME business owners face (Time typically being a bigger challenge than finance) is such that his customer base has grown & referrals have become the main source of new business in 2017. Particularly strong in direct marketing, Ian has found Chris’s skillset has been akin to finding the missing piece of the jigsaw in the work that he undertakes helping business owners to grow their company.

Chris Williams has spent well over 10 years in Digital marketing, and has been a certified Google Partner for over 6 years, latterly co-running Essio Marketing for nearly 9 years.

 

47-year-old Chris was about to take his loyal customer base and set up as ‘Web Marketing Chap’ when a chance introduction to Ian Frost through a mutual acquaintance changed his direction! A complimentary, but different skillset to Ian meant that each was the ‘missing part’ of the marketing mix, and quickly they realised this and set the path for ‘Digital Associate’ to follow.

Chris understands the science of Digital Marketing, but also knows how to make it work practically for SME Business owners in both B2B and B2C markets. Whether it be PPC management, utilising the power of Facebook or other social media, or combining all areas into a remarketing exercise to get Lead Generation at the most effective costs, Chris has the experience to make it happen.
