Do you ask your prospective customer’s for the order? Do you give your prospective audience a reason to get in touch & buy your product/service?

Often businesses that say they want more customers & more new business don’t recognise that they are overlooking a valuable source of leads already. Have you ever stopped to question how your prospective audience interact with you, and how easy (or otherwise) you make it for them to place an order with you for the first time?

Sometimes an outside eye can see what you don’t, and perhaps take away the invisible barriers to doing business. Do all of your communications with the prospective customer have a ‘Call to Action’ at the end? A call-to-action (usually abbreviated as CTA) is an image or line of text that prompts your visitors, leads, and customers to take action, make a phone call, submit a form, or hopefully place an order!

If you’d like to review your activity we are happy to help with a Free Marketing Audit (you don’t have to implement the action points with us)-call me on 01244 458285
