WotMix case study
WOTMIX- This long established and successful ready-mix concrete business in Greater Manchester had traditionally used PPC (Pay Per Click) activity to augment its sales generated by longevity of good service and customer satisfaction. However, Director Scott Houghton was receptive to additional methods of building sales and accepted the idea of proactively targeting prospective concrete purchasers in their main delivery catchment area.
Working closely with Digital Associate’s Ian Frost the company targeted suitable prospective customers in construction, maintenance and related trades, and engaged upon a regular process of engagement & communication through E-Mail marketing with attractive communications (as examples shown) with the target audience, resulting in both a strengthening of the already significant brand, and greater understanding of the business by the target audience, and the significant advantages it offers over both National & Regional competitors through services such as an in-house concrete pumping service.
The results of the campaign led to Digital Associate being asked to take the lead in the promotion of the Wotmix business through LinkedIn and Social Media such as Facebook, and this is rolling out into the Summer of 2017.
